Solution: We completed a human health and environmental risk assessment of landfill gas and characterised soils. We identified appropriate gas protection measures and completed a waste classification to determine soil suitability for reuse. We provided gas mitigation measures to be adopted during construction.

Outcome: Our work determined a risk profile for the Site and attributed appropriate LFG protection measures to support construction approval.
